So, gerade habe ich schnell noch mein erstes Assignment eingereicht und da ich dann ja quasi schon am PC war kann ich ja auch eben noch einen Sonntagspost schreiben. Der Prof dieses Mal hat aber auch echt den Knall nicht gehört. Zumindest nicht für einen Teilzeitkurs. Ich bin so froh nur einen dieses Semester zu haben, kann aber auch nicht sagen, dass ich mich auf das Statistiksemester freue, denn ein Modul erfolgt davon komplett in Partnerarbeit. Aber da sind wir ja noch nicht.

ALSO los geht es mit FV9000 - Strategic Management in Welfare Organizations. Auch so der Kurs wird übrigens auf Schwedisch und auf Englisch unterrichtet. Die Schweden haben andere Literatur zum Teil und so viele nicht Schweden habe ich nicht entdeckt und ich habe ja auch gelernt in Finnland gibt es einen kleinen Teil, wo man eher schwedisch als finnisch spricht.

This course will study Management- and Leadership processes in the Modern Public Sector as well as in Private Welfare Organizations.
This course will  provide knowledge for how ideas about different Leadership Models will be developed internationally  as well as their transcriptions  and translations nationally and locally.
A specific interest will be devoted to the Quality Movements´ effects concerning this type of organizations, how the Quality Management is challenging former limitations amongst the decisionmakers,  the staff and the users;  furthermore show how professional knowledge and management is interwoven and challenging in a new way.
This course will also practice analysis of Modern Leadership- and Management Philosophies related to the complexity of the Welfare Organizations" characteristics, it will also give possibilities to reflect on how it is challenging your own current- or future management assignments.
As an underlying dimension of the course, a fundamental salutary scientific perspective with a salutogenic aim and direction is included.

Die Prüfungen und Deadlines:

• Modul 1
  • Unit 1: Personal Reflection: 1 Seite (Times New Roman 12 pt, 1 oder 1,5 zeilig) zwei Praxisbeispiele also eigene Erfahrungen mit Führungskräften schildern und zwar einmal positive force und einmal negative impact bis 04.09.2022
  • Unit 2: Collective Reflection: Es sind die Beispiele aller Kommilitonen zu lesen (wir sind 16), dann sind die Texte (ohne die Literatur zu nutzen) zu analysieren in dem man sie vergleicht und gegenüberstellt und bei Themen und Muster identifiziert bei den verschiedenen Führungskräften (Times New Roman 12 points ein oder 1,5 zeilig, 2 Seiten) bis 11.09.2022
  • Unit 3: Strategic Leadership in Welfare Organizations, 3 Seiten, Times New Roman 12 Points 1 bis 1,5 zeilig, jetzt mit Kurslitertur und es müssen zwingend folgende Fragen beantwortet werden
    • What a welfare organization is
    • what a stategic managemnt is
    • what are relevant management models form the literature and why are they relevant
  • bis 18.09.2022 (ahso ich habe keinen Plan wann ich anfangen soll zu lesen im Moment, die Deadlines sind einfach bescheuert)
  • Unit 4: Creating a plan, Formvorgaben keine aber irgendwas zwischen 2-4 Seiten wären das was so rumkommt in der Regel für ein proposal of a fictitious "Leadership Education Plan" that you want to be implemented within a welfare organization.  Sketch an outline of the plan with headings, central subheadings, preliminary content where you have it. Make sure to establish a red thread, or a thesis, in the text and to clarify why you are proposing this plan. Ach ja und um es noch etwas komplizierter zu machen, muss man einen Articel über Salutogenetic Health aus der Kurslitertur zwingend einbeziehen. Dafür hat man jetzt aber nicht irgendwie Wochenlang Zeit, nein, sondern auch wieder nur eine Woche bis zum 25.09.2022
• Modul 2
  • Unit 5: The leadership Education Plan, 3500 words und man muss die Aspekte abdecken
    • what is the emprical problem
    • why is it a problem
    • how do you suggest addressing the problem, and why is it a good way to do it
    • summing up your education plan, do not forget the alutogenetic perspective!
  • Deadline 06.11.2022

Ehrlich ich hätte für Unit 4 gerne ne Woche mehr...insgesamt ist das alles ein wenig übertrieben. Das ist bisher das Modul mit den meisten Prüfungen. Und den meisten Lectures denn es gibt auch noch 14 Online Lectures.

Ich fühle mich jetzt schon gesteresst.
